| Natick Board of Selectmen voted, on 10/16/17, to exercise its first option to renew, for a one (1) year term, its custodial cleaning services contract with Greenlife Janitorial Services, 28 Church Street, Winchester, MA. Procurement was conducted in 2016 for this contract. The term was one (1)-year (12/1/16 to 11/30/17), with two (2) one (1)-year options for renewal at the sole discretion of the Town. The first renewal term will expire on 11/30/18. Nothing herein shall prevent the Town, at a later time, from reviewing and acting upon its second one (1)-year option for renewal.
