Bacon Free Library
The Bacon Free Library was established in 1880 by Oliver Bacon. It resides on land that is the original site of the Town of Natick, as well as being sacred land of indigenous peoples. We offer a wide variety of programming for all ages - outdoors in the summer; indoors and via Zoom year round.

Select Board
The Select Board are vested with all the municipal authority not specifically retained by the town’s legislative body, Town Meeting. The Select Board appoint a Town Administrator, responsible for the daily management of the town.

Facilities Management
The Department of Facilities Management strives to provide efficient and effective operation and stewardship of the Town of Natick school and town owned facilities.

Finance Department
Created by Article 1 of the 2012 Spring Town Meeting, the Finance Department is a centrally organized department responsible for all aspects of the town's financial management. The following divisions within the Finance department are, Assessors, Collector/Treasurer and Comptroller.

Fire Department
The mission of the Natick Fire Department is to provide the citizens of our community with quality, professional emergency fire control, emergency medical care, disaster mitigation, life rescue, and day to day service response.

Health Department
The main purpose of public health is prevention and the services provided by this department are prevention oriented. The services range from a multitude of various inspections, vaccinations, communicable disease investigations, educational materials, training opportunities, emergency preparedness and staff assistance.

The Human Resources department is employee benefits, policies, employment opportunities, etc.

Information Technology
The Information Technology Department is a small department staffed by 5 talented individuals. We report directly to the Town Administrator and are fortunate enough to have an Information Systems Advisory Board comprised of citizens with experience in Information Technology to provide support and advice.

Morse Institute Library
The Morse Institute Library, “Natick’s Community Library,” stands in the heart of downtown Natick. The beautifully remodeled building houses 200,000 books, magazines, newspapers, DVDs, CDs, and audiobooks.

Police Department
The Natick Police Department is dedicated to serving the citizens of Natick through enforcement of the law, providing reports and registry access, and through crime prevention and safety education.

Procurement
The Procurement Department is responsible for the acquisition of all supplies, services, and equipment and construction projects required by the Town of Natick.

Public Works (DPW)
The Public Works Department is responsible for equipment maintenance, engineering, GIS services, recycling and trash, and more.

Natick Public Schools is a community focused on and dedicated to all students achieving high standards in a safe, trusting, respectful environment where learning is exciting, dynamic, and engaging.

Town Administrator
The Town Administrator oversees the daily operations of the town, advises and administers the policies and procedures of the Board of Selectmen, and enforces town bylaws and actions passed by Town Meeting.

The Office of the Town Clerk serves as the central information point for residents and visitors.
