TOWN OF NATICK NATICK, MASSACHUSETTS 01760 NOTICE TO RESPONDERS The Town of Natick (Public Schools), Natick Town Hall, 13 East Central Street, Natick, MA 01760 (“the Town”), invites the submission of responses for asbestos abatement (flooring) at the Memorial School in the Town of Natick. The Request for Responses (“RFR”) may be obtained between 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. local time, Monday through Thursday, and between 9:00 A.M. and 12:00 P.M. (noon) local time, Friday, by emailing , beginning at 9:00 A.M. on March 22, 2023. A non-mandatory Pre-Response Conference/Walkthrough will be held at the Memorial Elementary School, 107 Eliot Street, Natick, MA, beginning at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, April 21, 2023.Responses will be received until 10:00 A.M. local time, May 5, 2023, by email to . Do not submit by mail or drop off in person. All Responses shall comply with the RFR issued by the Town of Natick, including, without limitation, Section 1, Instructions to Responders, and Submission Requirements. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any, any part of, or all Responses in the best interest of the Town. Contract award is subject to appropriation and award by the Natick Public Schools. Any Response submitted will be binding for thirty (30) days subsequent to the time of opening. Award shall be subject to vote of the Natick Public Schools, as required, and sufficient appropriation/funding.
