Assistant Director

Looking for qualified candidates to work at our BOH certified summer camp. Camp Arrowhead is our camp for individuals with special needs ages 6 and up. Camp Arrowhead admin staff typically work 7:00AM-5:00PM daily performing tasks that all staff perform with the additional responsibilities of leading groups of staff, volunteers, and or CIT’s throughout their summer. Additional hours on nights and weekends occur throughout the season.

Assistant Directors also mentor younger and less experienced staff and take on leadership roles such as training days. Assistant Directors are responsible for scheduling, implementing policies, planning and coordinating activities.

Requirements:

Must be at least 20 years of age.
Must be able to work independently and in small groups of staff to provide a variety of activities on a daily basis.
Must submit a health history record and examination form prior to the first day of work.
Has or will obtain CPR/FA certification
