Community Flu Immunization Clinics for the 2023 / 2024
The Natick Health Department has scheduled two flu vaccination clinics available to Natick residents 6+ months. High dose available while supplies last for ages 65+. Vaccinations are free regardless of insurance status. For more information, please call the Health Department at 508-647-6460.

How do I access my record or digital vaccine card?
Massachusetts may have a record of vaccinations you received in the Commonwealth. This may include COVID-19, influenza, tetanus and many others. For access, please visit: https://myvaxrecords.mass.gov/
How are my Immunizations Recorded?
Immunizations are recorded in a Statewide database which can be accessed by your health care provider and schools. All providers who administer immunizations in Massachusetts are mandated to report immunization data to the MIIS (Massachusetts Immunization Information System).
