The Town of Natick has enacted a town by-law, the
Alarm By-Law (PDF) that requires that all false alarms be repaired or face a series of progressive fines.
Requirements for Alarm Owners
This law also requires all alarm owners keep the Police Department updated with emergency contact information for each location with an alarm. To update the Police Department, download the
Business Contact Form (PDF).
Recommendations for Non-Alarm Owners
Business owners without an alarm are also encouraged to complete the business contact form and mail it in for emergency contacts.
