Central Street, continued from October 23, 2023,  December 18, 2023, and January 22, 2024, an application for Route 135 LLC for a Finding per Massachusetts General Law (MGL), Chapter 40A, Section 6 and the Natick Zoning Bylaws, Sections IV-B and V-A AND three (3) Variances per Massachusetts General Law (MGL), Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Natick Zoning Bylaws, Sections IV-B and V-A. The project is for the expansion of the existing structure and construction of a new retail building, as shown on the plans submitted.
