Who We Are
The Division of Human Services is here to provide a safety net for all who call Natick home.
Human Services staff provide confidential case management services to all Natick residents who are in need of assistance.
Our team assists residents with accessing a range of services, benefit programs and advocacy to ensure for their health and safety.
What We Do
We determine eligibility for public benefits and provide assistance with applications, identify resources and make referrals for home care services, counseling services, senior and subsidized housing, veterans' services, legal services, insurance issues and provide assistance with long-term care options. We provide caregiver and bereavement support referrals. We also provide advocacy and crisis intervention.
