Join your neighbors and help those who need assistance with snow shoveling.

Instructions on how to add a shovel request: (Note - you need to enter a request each time it snows) Drag the red map marker to your exact location (where you need help) OR type the address (#, Street, City, State) in the form.  Then click "Next". For category, please choose "Snow Shoveling Assistance - Volunteer Request". For the "Issue Title" it will take on the category from the step 2.  This is important as this is the subject of the email that gets sent to nearby neighbors. For description enter the specific details of what you need shoveled, e.g., "Please shovel my steps, sidewalk, front porch, walkway, driveway, vehicle (include make, model, color, license plate, and car location)". If you have a photo of what you need shoveled, click "Choose File" below Upload an image. Enter your Email address (kept private). If you are making a request for someone else, use your own email. Click Submit then keep an eye out for the emails from volunteers who may comment on your request to let you know they are on their way. Here's how to see who needs help shoveling near you: Zoom into the map below to where you live or want to help shovel. When you locate someone nearby, click on the issue for more information. Click on the link on this issue to be taken to the issue on SeeClickFix. While on the issue in SeeClickFix, leave a comment to let the person who requested help, and other volunteers know you are heading over to help. When you are done, go back to the issues and close it so the person who made the request and other volunteers know it is complete. Give yourself a Hi-five for being an awesome neighbor!
