This year, we’re cooking from around the world, trying to tie in a holiday from that region to our cooking!
Today we’re celebrating Chinese New Year with some simple home dishes! We’ll be cooking from Every Grain of Rice : Simple Chinese Home Cooking by Fuchsia Dunlop; photography by Chris Terry.
Fuchsia Dunlop has appeared on NPR’s “All Things Considered,” “Science Friday,” and “America’s Test Kitchen Radio,” and is a regular contributor to publications including the Financial Times, Saveur, the Wall Street Journal, Lucky Peach, and The New Yorker. She trained as a chef in China and has won four James Beard Awards for her writing about Chinese food.

We are open every Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm. Our market is open year round. We move from the Natick common right across the street to the Common Street Church. You won't miss a bit of all the good music and you certainly won't miss any of your vendors. We will be there come rain, sunshine, or snow.
The Natick Farmers Market, sponsored by the Natick Center Associates, is designed to meet the following goals:
To provide fresh food products, either grown or made by local providers, to the community.
To provide a marketing opportunity to farms and small food businesses in order to help sustain a thriving, local food source.
To provide the community with a broad range of information about food and it's sources, and the opportunity to speak directly with those producers involved with bringing the food to market.
