The Natick Neighborhood Bus is subsidized by the Town of Natick and the MBTA's Suburban Transportation Program. Two buses follow fixed routes from the Common through Town once an hour. The Natick Neighborhood Bus does not give door to door service. The Natick Neighborhood Bus is handicapped accessible.
How to Use the Neighborhood Bus
Click on the any of the links below to view each detailed bus route. If you are within walking distance to a scheduled stop, you can take the bus from that stop without calling in advance.

The Van/Special Service
For seniors and persons with disabilities, the Van is available to provide door-to-door service. Contact the transportation coordinator at 508 647-6446 for more information.
Accessibility
All Natick Neighborhood Buses are wheelchair accessible. The Van is available for those who need special assistance to use our service.
Commuter Shuttle
This commuter service links the Natick train station to businesses located on Routes 9, 27 and 30. Contact the transportation coordinator at 508 647-6446 for more information.
Punctuality
Weather and traffic conditions may delay the arrival of the bus. Buses never leave stops earlier than scheduled.
