Obtaining Birth, Marriage and Death certificates:
Birth certificates are filed in the City/Town where you were born, and the City/Town where the parents resided at the time of the birth. Marriage certificates are filed in the City/Town where the "Intention of Marriage" application was filed. Death certificates are filed in the City/Town where the death occurred, and the City/Town where the decedent resided.
You may come into the office in person or send in a written request by mail. The following information must be provided: name on record, date of event, and type of certificate requested. Requests are processed the day we receive it.
Certified copies are $10.00 each. Make check payable to: TOWN OF NATICK
