REVIEW OF ACTION ITEMS
A) Claudius will notify the 3 new EC members they have been nominated to the EC and their names will be brought to the next BOH meeting in Feb 2012 for approval; they will be invited to attend the Feb. 2012 monthly meeting on Monday, February 13th
B) Claudius will speak to Natick Police to see if he can reserve police training room for our meeting on Monday, February 13th
C) Herb will send a copy of the SOG to all Natick EC members including the 3 new members
D) Mike will contact Chief Hicks about date to do presentation in March 2012
E) Jeanie will post tonight’s agenda on Natick MRC Facebook
F) Mary will generate a script for phone calls to be divided out for EC members to contact Natick MRC members about the March event
G) Leila will contact Doris to see if she could create badges on the night Natick hosts event in March 2012; also will reserve selectman’s room in Town Hall for the March event
H) Leila will contact Liisa about the next regional 4a MRC conference, spring 2012?
I) Yvonne will look into Natick 4th of July events and see if Natick MRC may be able to participate, possible table on the Common or drive car in parade
