In May 2009, the Cable Advisory Board and Board of Selectmen will be holding cable ascertainment hearings. These hearings will be an opportunity for users of either Comcast or RCN cable television services to voice their opinions or concerns regarding these services. Topics usually include:
- Satisfaction with access to cable services
- Satisfaction with customer service
- Importance of PEG (Public/Education/Government) Access channels & service (otherwise known as Natick Pegasus)
Although the hearings will be held concurrently, each company's hearing is distinct.
Hearings usually last between 30-45 minutes per company.
