Interim Use Regulations
The Board of Selectmen has approved interim use of the CRT until the trail is fully constructed, subject to the following conditions:
  • Open Dawn To Dusk
  • No Motorized Vehicles
  • Leash Pets
  • Stay On Trail Area
  • Do Not Disturb Soil
Motorized wheelchairs are allowed, but the trail surface is irregular.

Please respect private property, and only access the trail from public property.

Public access is prohibited from Willow Street south to the MBTA tracks.

Route 9 Bridge
The Town is conducting an evaluation of the bridge across route 9. Once the evaluation is completed, this crossing may be improved to allow temporary use before the bridge is replaced. Until that time, the public is advised to stay off the bridge.

Public Safety
Contact Natick Police or Fire to report any emergencies. Once interim mile markers are installed, please refer to the location to assist public safety dispatch.

Notice to abutters
The design of the CRT will continue throughout 2017 and early 2018, with construction anticipated to begin in late 2018. Members of the CRT Advisory Committee are available to meet with abutters with any questions or concerns about the design of the trail. Please contact
